The Vital Psoas Muscle

Jo Ann will present special PSOAS WORK from her book, The Vital Psoas Muscle, during the in-depth anatomy section of each yoga teacher training. Classes every morning and afternoon in stretching and strengthening through yoga, plus private release work, is offered.   CE credits are available through Yoga Alliance, or you can register for the entire 200hr certification.
